Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in Canadian adults. So naturally, the heart & stroke decided to pair up with a city that has been notoriously accused of not having a heart. Our mission is to spread awareness of heart disease and to show once and for all that the true heart of the city is and always will be its people.
